Our high quality durum wheat semolina pasta follows a pasta-making style based on the best techniques of bronze drawing and slow drying, which maintain fragrance and a rough and porous texture, giving the real experience of Italian pasta.
Our pasta contains a high quantity of fibre, which brings a great contribution of vitamins and mineral salt; it also increases satiety and helps reducing the glycemic load of a meal. It is available in different shapes, long or short.
